The Center for Cancer Care and Research participates fully in all Federal health and welfare plans (Medicare, Medicaid, Campus, Railroad Retirement) and in most Federally and State sponsored as well as commercial Managed Care Plans. Our experienced staff and support services organizations are available to assist with understanding your benefits and arranging for referral authorizations. We have experience working with your referring physicians and other healthcare providers in making available the appropriate authorizations to insure your coverage.

Our staff is available to assist those patients and their families that have limited or no coverage through their insurance carrier and are faced personally with the financial responsibility for care and treatment. There are resources available providing for or assisting in providing for drugs required during treatment for individuals qualifying for assistance. CCCR's Research and Education Foundation will soon be a potential source of financial assistance for qualifying patients. Financial counselors are available to assist you if you have needs. We would also encourage our patients and their families to make us aware of those patients who are having financial difficulties while receiving care at The Center for Cancer Care and Research so that we may attempt to provide assistance to them.

The Center has established a policy of full participation with third party payer programs that are endorsed by employers and recognized by the insurance industry. If you find that we are not listed as a participating provider in services that are provided through the group, we would appreciate your calling this to our attention.
